These terms apply to all consultations, appointments and treatments booked or received at RB Clinics Amsterdam, through the website, by telephone or at the clinic.

Consultation and advice
A free consultation is without obligation. A specialist discusses which treatment may be suitable and what you can reasonably expect.
Appointments and cancellation
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, contact us as early as possible by telephone or email so the time may be offered to another client.
Payment
Treatments are charged at the rates applying at the time of the appointment. Current prices are discussed during the consultation.
Health information
For safe and suitable treatment, you must share relevant information about your health, medication and previous treatments honestly and completely.
Results
Results vary from person to person due to factors including skin and hair type and individual response. Specialists provide realistic guidance.
Liability
RB Clinics carries out treatments with care. Liability is limited to situations involving intent or gross negligence on our part.
