Hips call for precise placement
The hip zone often runs into the waist and thigh, which is why the applicator placement is worked out carefully during the consultation. That way we treat exactly where the fat build-up is most noticeable.

How a hip treatment unfolds

Treatment plan
We work out together whether one or two placements are needed to cover both hips.

The exact zone is marked and protected with a gel pad.

Cooling
The applicator cools the fat layer for around fifty minutes per placement.

Massage
Afterwards we massage the zone so the fat cells release.

Questions about hip fat removal
What is fat freezing?
Fat freezing, or cryolipolysis, cools fat cells in a defined area. The cells crystallise and are gradually cleared by the body. Initial results are usually visible after three to five weeks.
Does fat freezing work?
Cryolipolysis is based on research showing that fat cells are sensitive to controlled cooling. During your consultation we discuss what result is realistic for your body.
Am I a suitable candidate?
BMI is an important factor. Treatment is generally not suitable with a BMI of 32 or higher. We also discuss your health, medical history and goals before treatment.
How long does treatment take?
A Clatuu Alpha treatment takes about fifty minutes. Including preparation, marking and massage, you will be at the clinic for around one hour.
Is there downtime?
There is no scheduled downtime. Most clients return to their usual daily activities straight away.
